1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently offer shipping internationally. If your location is not covered by our shipping options, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


2. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. During high-demand periods (e.g., holiday seasons, sales), processing times may be slightly longer.


3. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We offer the following options:

  • International Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 7-21 business days, depending on your location.

  • International Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping carrier and your location. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and shipping location. You will see the final shipping price before completing your purchase.

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30 USD.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $30 USD, a flat shipping fee will apply, depending on the shipping method you select.

For international shipping, rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.


5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package’s progress. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.


6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


7. MISSING, LOST, OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Cargo Underwear is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost, damaged, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us at team@cargounderwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your order is damaged or defective, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information on how to proceed.


8. ADDRESSING ISSUES

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Cargo Underwear cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at team@cargounderwear.com to make any necessary changes before your order is shipped.
