1. What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve items before they are available for general sale. This ensures you get your preferred styles and sizes before they sell out.
2. Estimated Shipping Dates

Please note these are estimates and may be subject to slight delays due to production or logistics.

We’ll keep you updated via email if any changes occur.
3. Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time of pre-order to reserve your item.

This guarantees your order is prioritized in our fulfillment queue once stock arrives.
4. Shipping

Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as they are available.

If you order in-stock and pre-order items in the same purchase, we may:

Ship items together once everything is available, or

Ship in-stock items first and pre-orders separately (depending on your region and shipping method).

5. Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel or change your pre-order within 48 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support.

After 48 hours, your order is locked in and processed for fulfillment, and we can no longer guarantee changes.
6. Returns & Exchanges

Pre-ordered items are eligible for our standard 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
7. Delays & Refunds

In the rare case of a significant delay (more than 30 days past the original estimate), you’ll be notified and offered the option of a full refund.
