Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of items that are unworn and in their original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

Australia & USA Specifics
Australia:
In Australia, we follow the standard 30-day return policy mentioned above. Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if the item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't meet consumer guarantees. For all other returns, please refer to our standard return policy. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us to ensure eligibility and smooth processing.
USA:
In the United States, our return policy aligns with the 30-day return period. If you believe the product has been damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Orders Only)
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing a justification. Please note that your item must still be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unwashed, with the original tags and packaging, and with proof of purchase.
